Students interested in living in a residence hall on campus or in off-campus housing in Minneapolis or St. Paul should contact Housing Services, Comstock Hall, 210 Delaware Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455 (612-624-2994). This office maintains listings of apartments, duplexes, houses, sleeping rooms, shared units, and sublets. Information on temporary housing, living costs, transportation, and day care centers in the Twin Cities area is also available. A comprehensive booklet, The Housing Resource Guide, may be purchased at a minimal cost.

Off-campus housing is available in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and suburbs at a range of prices. Applications for residence halls are accepted beginning January 1 for the following academic year. Because of waiting lists, you should apply as early as possible.
