Fields of Interest
Game bird ecology, endangered species conservation, habitat ecology,
sustainable wildlife management strategies.
Research
My interests are in game bird ecology and the evolution of galliforms; endangered
species with particular emphasis on the spotted owl; and habitat relationships
of wildlife with an emphasis on sustainable wildlife management strategies for
forest dwelling species. In addition, I maintain strong interest in sustainable
hunting strategies. Most of my work has a strong applied focus.
