Scholarships are available to undergraduates who need support for undergraduate field experiences and for regular courses. Scholarships for new students are selected as part of the admissions process—no special application is required. Current students must apply for scholarships through CFANS. The deadline is March 1.
Joseph Alexander Scholarship supports new students in FWCB with excellent academic credentials and a strong interest in fish and wildlife careers.
Dayton P. Kirkham Sr. Scholarship Fund in FWCB provides scholarship support to students in FWCB, including Summer Field Sessions and study abroad courses.
FWCB Scholarship Fund supports students pursuing degrees in FWCB.
International Scholarship is intended for new or current CFANS students who have strong personal and professional interests in, as well as, extensive first-hand experience with one or more of the countries and cultures of Africa, Asia, Latin America, or the Caribbean. A preference will be given to students majoring in FWCB.
Jay C. Hokenstrom Memorial Scholarship benefits full-time CFANS students, with a preference to students pursuing the Fisheries specialization of FWCB and to students who need support for the Summer Field Session or other field course.
Safari Club International—Erik Ness Memorial Scholarship benefits undergraduate students in the wildlife specialization.
J. Donald Smith Memorial Fund is given to academically qualified wildlife students for books or membership, with a preference to seniors.
