WILDLIFE CARE & HANDLING MINOR

About WCH

This 15-credit minor enables students to develop an understanding of wildlife care and handling. It is most useful to students in programs such as wildlife, animal science, conservation biology, natural resources, environmental studies, and environment & society, but it is open to students of all majors! Students will become acquainted with animal care and handling, ethics and population-level concerns of wildlife. Any direct involvement with medical care will be under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
