Adam Hendy

I am a medical entomologist specializing in the biology and ecology of tropical and temperate disease vectors and associated pathogens. Currently based at the UK Health Security Agency in Porton Down, England,  I bring over a decade of field research experience to the department, with a career spanning the study of sylvatic mosquito-borne virus spillover in the Amazon to the ecology of black fly (Simulium) vectors associated with onchocerciasis in sub-Saharan Africa.
